We recently stayed at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed with the value it offered. For a moderate hotel, the bathroom was exceptionally nice, and the overall design and facilities were well above expectations. The undercover parking was very convenient and provided a secure spot for our car, with easy access making it hassle-free. While not a 5-star establishment, this hotel is perfect for a quick overnight stay, especially given its excellent location. We found it hard to beat the quality and value compared to other options in the area. The staff and fellow guests were very pleasant, and the beds were by far the most comfortable we've experienced during our weeks of travel. After a long trip, we finally found a bed with the perfect balance of firmness and comfort—just like Goldilocks would approve! When we're back in Kingaroy, we’ll definitely choose to stay here again.

The lady at reception was really helpful , wished me a good stay , had a minor problem with the TV remote again the office lady apologised for the problem then promptly exchanged the device problem solved . The rooms were clean and comfortable , the bathroom was first class , the bed was perfect , best nights sleep in a long time , all good until the emergency helicopter passed over to the hospital , no problem .

The motel room was nicely laid out with a kitchenette, shower amenities and plenty of cupboard and drawer space for a compact room. Comfortable bed with a nice little touch of a gold foil wrapped chocolate placed near the pillow. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. We found it comfortable and good price for the night. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

The lady at reception was very welcoming, extremely pleasant, and helpful her customer service was exceptional,The room was modern, clean and well kept . The bedding was good quality 👌 so comfortable and even had a chocolate on the pillows. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay there again. Absolute credit to the staff, thank you.

The staff were so lovely and the manager was amazing!! We were travelling with a new born and 2 jack russles. We were able to book the room next door for my father in law for a few nights while he was passing through town....saved him from a crying baby all night...the manager swapped a few things around to make it happen.....meant so much to us!!!
